Taiwanese boy band Fahrenheit recently threw a party to commemorate wrapping up their successful concert tour. One of the group member, Wu Chun’s family members had reportedly flew to Taiwan to attend two of his concerts. Once rumoured to be his offspring, the singer’s niece and nephew were also present at the party.

The 30-year-old jokinged, “You can draw some blood for DNA tests and see if they are my [children]!”

Known as ‘Uncle Chun’ to his niece and nephew, Wu Chun chuckled as he shared, “[They asked me] ‘Uncle Chun, is the second concert same as the first? Why do we have to watch two concerts?’”

Changing in the same room, Jiro denies not getting along with Wu Chun

Fahrenheit recently held concerts and at the same time the rumor had burst out that Wu Chun was flying solo and as a result this was said to of made Jiro angry at Wu Chun. Yesterday Jiro explained ” Backstage of the concert, Wu Chun and I shared the same resting room, we would get changed and chat at the same time feeling very high, how is it even possible that am angry?” Calvin jumped out to resolve the situation, showing the SMS that was written in English with encouraging words that the 4 members of Fahrenheit sent to each other.

Idol group Fahrenheit last weekend had two consecutive concerts for their grand finale. What should of been a happy celebratory party turned into a party surrounding information regarding their contracts and also the question of whether Wu Chun will fly solo. Fahrenheit frankly replied and said that their mood had been affected by the reports, they hope everyone can focus their attention onto their efforts they’ve put into the concerts.

The question regarding Fahrenheit’s contract has been a hot topic, the 4 members came forward to especially explain the situation. Calvin Chen stated “The contract still has 2 years, there’s no problem with the renewal of contracts. Within the group, the developments of each member will have their own ups and downs, Fahrenheit’s work schedule has always had a schedule for each member and also a schedule for all 4 group members”. He also said at present the new album is in the middle of being recorded and they have been continuously taking on advertising endorsements, “Not caring what the outside world says, as long as Fahrenheit exists there will be 4 members”. Accused of delaying the renewal of his contract Wu Chun said “it (contract) has been discussed, but the contract hasn’t even ended!”

Fahrenheit from today will have concerts at the Taipei arena in the next 2 days, Jiro Wang who has been busy with dance practice, strained a muscle in his right wrist just 3 days ago, aching if he doesn’t move his wrist. Once again he takes his injuries to stage, as last year in the concert in Hong Kong he had hurt his right knee and even had to sit in a wheel chair, alas unable to breakaway from the curse of being injured on the opening concert. Honestly, from the day I was born, I’ve never thanked my parents for bringing me into this world, especially my mum knowing how painful and tiring it was giving birth to me! Well, it’s not that I don’t apppreciate it but I just never thought of it til recently when I came to read the messages that most of you left thanking my parents for bringing me into this world! Sigh, I guess I was really clumsy and stupid as all I could think of was how to celebrate my birthday… haha! So, in the future all of us must remember to thank our parents during our birthdays by giving them gifts or at least celebrating with them, yeah?

Come to think of it, I have nearly reached the middle stage of my life! Have I seriously thought of what I wanna achieve or what I have achieved?

Donnie Yen Is A Royal Spy in New Martial Art Film

The new role for Hong Kong action star Donnie Yen has been revealed in the upcoming romantic martial arts flick “14 Blades,” the Sina.com reports.

Yen will continue his action hero routines to play the head agent of the royal espionage network during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), a relatively dark period in China’s history when the feudal court made unprecedented use of a spy system to run the ruling machine.

The action veteran’s character, named Qing Long, is forced to trek on a desperado journey after being embroiled in a court conspiracy.

“14 Blades” also casts mainland actress Zhao Wei and rising star Goh Kiat Chun (or Wu Zun), a Bruneian heartthrob popular among teenage girls.

Calvin Chen: “Wu Chun doesn’t like to bathe!”

Busy with ongoing concert promotions, Wu Chun celebrated his birthday on a Taiwanese variety programme together with his fellow band members and junior, Peter Pan. Known to have a sweet tooth, Wu Chun appeared all smiles during the cake-cutting session.

However, his good mood did not last long after his fellow band members decided to play a prank on him during the game segment and forced him to gobble up his most hated food, fatty pork meat. That was not the end of things as his three pals, Aaron Yan, Calvin Chen, and Jiro Wang went on to smear Wu Chun’s good name on the show.

“Wu Chun doesn’t like to bathe! Look at his arms!” Calvin exclaimed.

Infuriated by his comment, Wu Chun retorted, “That is my tattoo!”

Calvin persisted and continued to expose little nuggets of information on Wu Chun’s “bad” habits such as, hiding his favourite sushi under other food and disallowing the rest of the band members to eat his favourite egg tarts. Wu Chun protests fell on deaf ears as Calvin’s revelations tickled the audience.
